We offer a gourmet experience with our "Sushi Kaiseki Course Meal," which includes nigiri sushi as well as seasonal a la carte dishes. We source seasonal ingredients not only from our local Akita prefecture, but from all over the country, and are particular about serving dishes that are unique to each season and reflect the changing of the seasons.
