Based on Local Cuisine of southern Italy, we incorporate local ingredients from Higashi Mikawa to deliver dishes full of natural flavors. What is important is “the original taste of the ingredients.” We are particular about using pesticide-free vegetables and visit the fish market every day to purchase seasonal ingredients. We are committed to having our partner farmers grow vegetables that are loved in Italy, such as Cima Dillapa and Puntarella, which are rarely seen in everyday life. You can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine that makes use of the best ingredients.
