We are proud of our Grilled skewer made with domestic ingredients, each part of which is procured from delicious sources. Recommended items are the most popular and rare liver "white liver" that can only be harvested once in a few hundred chickens, "homemade meatballs" whose secret is the filling, and "half-boiled quail" which is hard to find elsewhere.It has a chewy texture. The irresistible chicken heart ``Kokoro'' and the soft lean flavor of the ``Beef Sagari Kushi''. Each piece is carefully skewered and grilled. Don't miss out on "Today's recommended skewers" which change depending on the season!
