● About Barrier-Free Access
Due to unavoidable circumstances, there are two steps at the entrance. We have a removable ramp available. Please feel free to let us know if you are visiting with a wheelchair or similar mobility aid.
● About Reservations
Please make a reservation by the day before your visit.
*Please note that it may be difficult to reach us by phone during business hours. Thank you for your understanding.
● About Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
We ask about any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. Please confirm with your companions and be sure to inform us. We may not be able to accommodate requests made after your arrival.
*If you are pregnant and have restrictions on certain ingredients or raw foods, please let us know the details.
*The main dishes will be prepared as a selection of pigeon, duck, lamb, beef, etc.
● About Arrival Time
We start preparing the food in advance according to your reservation time. If you are going to be late, we would appreciate it if you could contact us in advance. Depending on how late you are, we may not be able to serve the planned number of dishes.
● About Course Serving Time
The course will take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours from start to finish. We will do our best to accommodate any requests, but please understand that we may not be able to do so depending on the situation.
● About Reservation Confirmation
We will contact you by phone or email about a week before your reservation date to confirm your reservation.
*If we are unable to reach you due to incorrect phone numbers or email addresses, we may treat it as a cancellation.
● About Reservation Cancellations
Except in cases of disaster, we charge a cancellation fee during the following periods:
(2 days prior) 50% of the course fee x number of reserved guests
(1 day prior) 100% of the course fee x number of reserved guests
*Please note that we will also charge a cancellation fee if the number of reserved guests decreases.
● About Visit History
At our restaurant, we try to change the course content as much as possible each time you visit. Therefore, we ask about your visit history. If you previously made a reservation under a different name, please let us know the name of the person who made that reservation and when you visited. Additionally, if any of your companions have visited us before, we would appreciate it if you could inform us of that as well. If there is no mention or if the exact visit history is unclear, you may receive the same course content as before. Thank you for your understanding.
● About Bringing Your Own Wine
We charge a fee of 11,000 yen per bottle. Please contact us by phone for more details.
