..."Buttobimeshi" is made with a luxurious serving of mentaiko (cod roe) from local Hakata Fukusaya, and the egg on top of the bowl is made from "Daichi no Blessing", which is grown healthy in natural water from Suzuka-Sanrei in Mie Prefecture and wholesaled directly to restaurant, not through a market.
