We offer approximately 30 types of our signature Grilled skewer grilled over binchotan charcoal. The recommended item is Grilled skewer of various parts of "morning-picked Mikawa chicken." We have a variety of special dishes such as "Liver", which is popular for its smooth and rich taste, and "Shisoyaki of Seseri", which is juicy and tender and has a great flavor grilled with chopped perilla around it. Also, "Pork belly covered with green onions" and other chicken dishes. We also have a wide variety of other items available. Enjoy with beef skewers, vegetables, fish, and alcohol.
