You can enjoy salted sea urchin used in high-end restaurants and Sushi at a reasonable price. We always have about 4 types of salted sea urchin available.

There is no odor or bitterness. A texture that melts in your mouth the moment you eat it. A rich and creamy sweetness that fills your mouth. There is no unpleasant aftertaste.

Dip the sea urchin in the konbu stock for just 3 seconds. By making the sea shabu shabu, the meat becomes firmer and sweeter. Please enjoy it as is without any sauce.

We use 100% saltwater sea urchin, which is hard to find in the market. Saltwater sea urchin is completely additive-free. It does not contain the food additive alum that is used in regular sea urchin.
...Therefore, it does not have any of the odor or bitterness that is characteristic of sea urchin. It is different from the sea urchin that the general public has eaten up until now. The melting texture of salted sea urchin and the natural sweetness of creamy sea urchin are exceptional.
