Open from 3pm. Enjoy sea urchin with your regular meals. I just started making Sushi.
We use 100% saltwater sea urchin, which is hard to find in the market. Saltwater sea urchin is completely additive-free. It does not contain the food additive alum that is used in regular sea urchin.
...Therefore, it does not have any of the odor or bitterness that is characteristic of sea urchin. It is different from the sea urchin that the general public has eaten up until now. The melting texture of salted sea urchin and the natural sweetness of creamy sea urchin are exceptional.
