We have recreated "Miyazaki Spicy Noodles", which Miyazaki people love so much, right here in Nagoya. In search of the best, the base I ended up with was pork bone soup. The rich soup is made by slowly simmering pork bones and vegetables for 12 hours, and is combined with chili peppers and eggs to create a mildly spicy dish. There are three levels of spiciness: "Little Devil," "Hell," and "Heaven." ``Heaven'' with bhut jolokia, habanero, and carolina reaper is super spicy for spicy lovers! If you are confident, please take on the challenge!

Momomaru is run by a general from Miyazaki and young female staff who train under him. I always deliver energy with a smile. It's a cozy shop with an area of only 8 tsubo, so even a single woman can feel at ease. In addition, the store has the famous "swing" and "suspension ring" that anyone can use. It can be reserved for a minimum of 15 people, so it is perfect for small parties and launches.

We offer the soul food ``Chicken Nanban'' from the young proprietress' hometown of Miyazaki.
