We use live soft-soft-shelled turtle purchased from Kyushu. Among them, we recommend the ``Soft-shelled soft-shelled turtle hotpot,'' which is made by carefully preparing soft-soft-shelled turtle in restaurant, simmering them with only sake and water for two hours, and seasoning them with soy sauce. In order to enjoy the original taste of the ingredients, the only other ingredients are grilled green onions and grilled tofu. Please enjoy this flavorful dish with its jiggly gelatinous texture and chicken-like elasticity. We also offer various courses.
