岐阜に本店がある、パステルのなめらかプリンの生みの親、所シェフのお店「プルシック」。
名駅エスカに出店されたと聞き、友人と立ち寄ってみました。

１週間ほど前に鈴波で夕食をした時にこのショップを知りました。
話題のプリンということなので、どこが発ですかと尋ねると岐阜という。
岐阜、豊橋で名古屋駅のエスカに出店したという。

名駅に用事があって来ていて、エスカを通ったところ。。。あれっ？見た事のあロゴが！
以前は確かパン屋さんだった所に、岐阜に本店のある「プルシック」さんがエスカに出店していました。
