The red sushi rice is prepared with less sugar and the ingredients are prepared to bring out their natural flavor, with no effort spared. In addition, by adjusting the temperature of the rice to the temperature of human skin, we sought to improve its compatibility with the toppings. We have a proud selection of over 10 types of sake that will enhance Sushi. Please feel free to contact us as we can serve dishes that are filled with passion and passion.

The rice is made with a blend of three types of vinegar, including Yohei from Yokoi Brewery, and is salty and firm.
