Menya Rokusanroku offers ``Ramen'' and `` Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle)'' without compromise.
Rokusanroku's soup is made with delicious Japanese dried sardines and kelp from Hokkaido, simmers pork bones for 14 hours, chicken bones in a separate pot for 5 hours, then combines the two, adds vege
...tables, and cooks for another 5 hours. It is made using a method that takes three times as much time as the regular method. For the noodles, we did a lot of research in order to make thick noodles that would match the soup, and by mixing them with carefully selected flours, we were able to create extra-thick noodles that would stand up to the soup. The chashu pork is also made from carefully selected Yongen pork and simmered in a secret sauce for several hours. In order to bring out the aroma and deliciousness even more, we grill the meat before serving to maximize the flavor of the meat. Please enjoy this carefully prepared cup.
