1961（昭和36）年に国鉄（当時）名古屋駅の在来線（３・４番線と５・６番線）ホームに２店のきしめん店を出店し、1983（昭和58）年には新幹線のホームにも進出。節系の旨みと醤油を効かせた味わいのあるつゆが自慢です。
