For 54 years, we have been continuously adding to this sauce, which is characterized by a deep flavor packed with the rich umami of eel fat. Enjoy the unique taste created by our one-of-a-kind sauce that makes you want to eat it again and again. Additionally, we offer other delightful dishes that pair perfectly with sake, such as the fluffy thick omelet and eel "unamaki," as well as limited quantities of "unakamama" and "kimo-yaki."
