金毘羅宮を参拝の夜は道後温泉に宿泊。
ゆったりと道後な湯に浸かった後は夕食。
生ビールで、お造りと前菜三種。
お造りは鯛と甘エビ、鮪。いか…美味しい。
もずく酢もイクラ、タコ、イカなどが入りさっぱり。
鯛のあら炊き……すごくおいしかったです。味もしっかり、甘辛さがちょうどよく感激しました。
浜千鳥の焼き物……あの海の浜千鳥ではないと思うけど…柔らかく添えてあるハニーマスタードソースと合ってました。
冷製薬膳……初めて聞く丹原米で作った米の麺。牛筋からとったスープに米麺とナツメや蓮の実など滋養に良い食材が入っています。
アクも綺麗にとってあり、さっぱり、あさっさりいただけました。コラーゲンたっぷり。
伊予牛が焼きあがり……わさび塩で。柔らかすぎず、お肉の味が楽しめ……愛媛の焼酎赤シャツのロックともあいます。
ご飯は鯛めし。ダシの効いた優しいごはん。おつゆも板麩が入っておいしかったです。
デサートも伊予柑寒天とムースがさっぱり。
土地の食材を土地の料理方で楽しめ満足でした。
焼酎……いっぱいの量がたくさんでした(*^^*)
