とある休日、3月にリニューアルオープンした船橋市のららぽーとTOKYO-BAYでショッピングへ。夕食は一風堂がよかったけど、昼に願望を叶えた為、却下され安く済ませて帰ろうと宮武へ。こちらは香川の老舗:宮武讃岐製麺所から生地提供を受けて提携展開するチェーン店で自身4軒目です。最初にうどんを注文して受け取り、トレーをスライドしてサイドメニューをチョイスしてお会計です。

トッピング他は生姜・温かいだしのみセルフです。
実食!
生醤油:茹で置きの讃岐うどんに大根おろし・スダチ・出汁醤油のみのシンプルな味わいですが、程よいコシがありスダチ・大根おろしの爽やかさと醤油で食べる素材直球勝負の讃岐うどん。コシとツルツル感が物足りないけどまぁ値段からしたら納得です。★3.0
かけ(温):いりこ出汁をセルフのレバーで丼に注いで頂きます。『なんじゃこりゃぁ~!』讃岐うどんには欠かせないコシが全くありません。(´д`|||) ソフト麺か?と言いたくなる位にふにゃふにゃだよ…。こんなの客に出すなよなぁ。ひとっさんのさぬきうどんが泣くぜぇ~(悲) いりこ出汁は熱々ではありますが、出汁はかなり薄めで物足りないです。これはひどいわ。★2.0
かしわ天¥130・さつま芋:かしわ天は大きめな鶏ムネ肉を揚げていますが、下味が薄いです…。さつま芋天は普通。唯一どちらもまだ温かいのが救い。
いくら老舗製麺所と提携していい生地を提供されても、それを仕上げてお客さんに出す店舗側がキチンとプライドを持ってやらなきゃダメだね…。マニュアルは無いのでしょうか?茹で後□分経過した麺は提供しないとかね。ひとっさんに申し訳ないね。ごちそうさまでした。
