取引先のアレンジで1年振りに伺いました。
今宵はカウンターにて、常連さんの如き体で”佐藤の黒”をロックで呑る。
迎え討つは、陸奥湾の魚介類とその周辺の野山で育まれた素材の数々。口腔内で津軽と薩摩のマリアージュが愉しむ。
