名古屋二日目の会食は此方で。
生ビールからスタート。キンキンに冷えてるとね。
冬でも生はキンキンが良いね。
先ずは上牛タン塩から。
薄くスライスされたサッパリした牛タン。もうちょい厚み欲しいかも。
昇家サラダ赤、白。
赤はピリ辛、白は山芋スライス入り。
上レバーはサッと炙り頂くとね。
ごま油、塩、コチュジャン味噌で食べると。
このコチュジャン味噌のタレはレバーに合う。オススメ。
サガリは脂身も少なく肉肉しいね。塩がオススメ。
ミノは薄くスライスされていてびっくり。
これ面白いかも。
そしてタコ。コリコリのタコやったね。塩とレモンを絞って。
吸盤が特に美味い(笑)
鶏味噌はピリ辛味噌。なかなかな辛さやね。お酒進みます。
接客もテキパキな感じで良いね。店内も綺麗。
全体的に満足。
また機会があればお邪魔したいお店やったとさね。
