「鮨 功」さん訪問
今年の春まで「鮨 土方」さんにいた二番手の早乙女さん
ミシュラン2つ星が内定される時には 土方さんで握られていた訳だ
土方時代には握ってもらったことは無かったので 今日は楽しみ
靴を脱いで上がる カウンターは6席だが チョット狭いくて窮屈
接待には向かないかな~!?
