ジャンボパーキングの斜向かいのビルと言えば分かり易いだろうか
以前から良い評判を聞いていたので行って見たいと思っていました
店内ではフラットなカウンターで店主の釘宮氏が真剣な表情でネタと対峙しています
店名の”Kugi”は店主の苗字から取った洒落た店名だと思いますね~!
店の造りも寿司屋らしくは無いですね!どちらかと言えば洋風な感じの造りです
この日はお任せ10000円コースでお願いしました
何か苦手な食材は御座いませんかと店主が声を掛けてくれるが
私は鮨ネタで苦手な物は無いのです、何でも食べますよ!(笑)
先付けの若竹のわかめ煮、刺身は中トロ、真鯛、ホッキ貝、小鉢は烏賊げそ酒盗
蛸のやわらか煮、カワハギのキモ巻きポン酢、ししゃも焼きと白子焼

宮崎牛の冷しゃぶ、握りに入っていきます墨烏賊、金目鯛
鮪赤身、トロ、コハダの包丁の入れ方がお洒落ですね!食感も良かったな

一口雲丹イクラ丼、トロ鉄火、青海苔の味噌汁
全て頂いてお腹も心も満足できました!店主の人柄にも好感が持てます
ただカウンター禁煙は良いのだが、後のソファーで喫煙ができるのが惜しい
カウンターまで紫煙が漂ってくるので是非とも店内禁煙を期待したい
