柿安と言えば最近では惣菜店が有名だが、元々は
すき焼きとあみ焼きの老舗。松阪ではなく桑名に
本店がある。東京、名古屋に支店があり、名古屋
は駅前すぐのところにお店がある。
◆贅沢コース
シャトーブリアン炭火焼きとしゃぶしゃぶ
22000円(税、サ別)
前菜は、からすみ、小鯛の酢漬け、あんきもゆば、
数の子昆布、松風、牛肉のしぐれと山芋
まあ、美味しいが特別な感じのするものはない
前菜の後は、松阪牛のシャトーブリアン、A-5ラン
ク松阪牛のヒレ肉、しかも一番太い部分で1頭から
300gしかとれない最高級部位、これを食べれると
言うだけで胸がおどってしょうがない。
網で軽く焼いて頂いたが、もう最高。
柔らかい肉は箸で頂く、箸で切れるほど柔らかい
のだが、肉の繊細な筋感は、もちろんしっかり残
っている。
脂肪の旨味もお肉の旨味も最高。ひと噛みでじわ
っと肉の旨味がしみだしてくる。
今まで生涯に食べてたステーキの中でベスト10
に入る免品だ
だが、量は50gぐらいと少ない、欲をいえば、こ
れを150gぐらいは食べたいところ。
網焼きで九条ネギを頂いたが、このネギもかなり
美味しい
しゃぶしゃぶは、大きなお肉が3枚、こちらも松
阪牛A-5だけあって、旨味が凄くすばらしい美味し
さ、さすが松阪肉の柿安。
ワインは、
タルターニ・ヴィンヤーズ Tシリーズシラーズ
ルイジャット ブルゴーニュ
1000円と1500円のグラスワイン、美味しいワイン
ではあるが、これだけすばらしいお肉であれば、
もう1歩上のワインも欲しいところ
トータルで3万円弱と高い値段だが、お肉の美味
しさに満足だ
