酒田の夜は何度かお邪魔したことのある貮番丁へ。
今回は初のカウンター。ちょっとドキドキ(笑)
カウンター上のネタケースはメニューに無いから、好きなように調理するよと。
旬の山菜を天ぷらに、月山筍のさくさくした歯ごたえとコクのある旨味がもう…♪
時期の桜鱒とクチボソは塩焼きにして貰い、
地穴子の天ぷらは衣がサクっとパフっと泥臭さ一切無しでコレもまたイイ。
わんぱくポークの串ものも肉自体が非常に味が濃くて美味しい。
旬のモノをサッと美味しく調理してしまう大将、凄腕です。
〆は焼きおにぎりと女将さん手打の蕎麦を。
最初から最後まで美味しく食べられ、
常連さんとの楽しい話もあり、酒田の夜は時間がいくらあっても足りない位楽しい一時でした。
また行きたい酒田のお店です。
