「ジゲンさ~ん、おでん食べいごぉぉぉ」

連れてかれた先は、以前、焼き鳥で名を馳せた翔太朗吉祥寺店があった所だった。
ちなみに翔太朗は、引き続き西武新宿線武蔵関にて営業している。
ひろの店舗は、二面を開き開放的な造り構え。
屋台を思わせるその造りは、お気軽な印象が強く、オープン間もないが、若者から高齢の方まで幅広く人気上々のようだ。
ひろは、京風おでんと大皿料理を供している。
京風出汁のおでんは、さっぱりとした味わい。
この日のおでんは、ちょっと煮込みが足らないかとも思えたが、まあ、こんな日もあるだろう。
おでんで印象に残ったのは、椎茸のおでん。
それ以外は、凡庸だった。
トマト2切れで300円って。。。
その他料理で印象に残ったのは、鮫の軟骨梅和え。
コリコリとした食感に梅の酸味が、暑い日にはぴったり。
飲物に関しては、焼酎メインかと思われるが、いまいち種類が少なく、日本酒に至っては2~3種のみ。
ホッピーが480円(中240円)だったかな?
今時、ちと高くないかい?
青森の醸造酒「ん」や楯乃川を味わいながら、2時間ほどいただろうか?
これらの日本酒が1合750円はCP悪し。
おでんといえば、やっぱり日本酒、と思うと、日本酒のレンジがほしい。
何はともあれ、お気軽に一杯できるおでん屋としては、なかなか嬉しい存在ではある。
芸術家的な風貌の親父さんは、無口そうだが、話しかければ、快く返してくれるし、居心地は十分良好だ。
何しろ、最近開店したばかりなので評価するには早すぎる、今後の成長を期待したいと思う。
