カンテサンスの扉が開くと、あの ”ガストロノミー ジョエル・ロブション” でメートル・ドテルでした宮崎 辰さんがおられます。
宮崎 辰さんとは青山にあった ”ピエール・ガニエール東京” からの10年以上のお付き合いで、その宮崎さんが毎日ではありませんが ”カンテサンス” に入られたのは嬉しいかぎりです。
これからは、有井さんと宮崎さんのお二人がいらっしゃるとは心強いです。
まずは、「Champagne Le Brun Servenay Extra Brut 2.5 Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru」 で乾杯です。
