2015年6月再訪
平日の14時締め切り直前に並びました。
それでも2時間待ちくらいです。
ここ2年くらい中国からの観光客が増えて、午前中だと5時間待ちくらいになっているようです。
やはりどのネタも抜群においしく、安心してお任せ出来ます。
「楽しく食事が出来る雰囲気作り」を大切にしているのが伝わってきますね。
だからこそ「また行きたい!」と思うのですが、待ち時間を考えると気軽には行けなくなってきました。
でも「おいしさと楽しい雰囲気」で言えば一押しの素晴らしいお店です。

築地場内市場で一番人気の寿司店「寿司大」
そのため常に大行列で、平日でも「2〜3時間待ち」が当たり前になっています。
しかしそんな行列してでも「また食べたい!」と思わせる大きな魅力が寿司大にはあると思います。
「とにかくおいしい!」のはもちろんですが、ゆっくりと急かされることなくお寿司を味わえる「雰囲気」も大きな魅力です。
一般的に築地場内の寿司店は、目の前にどんどんお寿司が並べられて「はい、どうぞ!」という感じが多いです。
しかし寿司大は「ゆったりとしたペース」で1カンずつ握ってくれて、ネタの説明までしてくれます。
「お寿司を味わう時間そのもの」も楽しめるというのが大きな特徴だと思います。
そのため待ち時間が長くなってしまうんですが、こればっかりはしょうがないですね・・。
まだ若いご主人は元気もよく、愛想も良くとても親切です。
店内は活気にあふれ、明るい雰囲気ですので初めてでも安心だと思います。
行列してでも一度は食べてみる価値のある寿司大のお寿司。
食べ終わるまでに4時間以上はみておいた方がよいかもしれません。
半日がかりのイベントになるので「お時間に余裕のある時」にぜひどうぞ^_^
