15年程前に伺い、美味しかったが、此方の蕎麦は、あまり私自身の好みではなかったような印象がありました。
記憶が遠のいておりましたので、もう一度、此方の蕎麦を食べてみようと伺いました。
まずは、「琥珀エビス樽生」で乾杯。
「お通し」は 蕎麦味噌、悪くはありません。
「穴子の煮凍り」・・・・・色はあまり良くはありませんが、穴子タップリで味は良いです。
「醸し人九平次 純米大吟醸 山田錦」
「菜の花辛し和え」・・・・・出汁加減と、ほど良い辛子の辛さ、良いですな、次の日本酒を頼みましょう(笑)。
「東洋美人 おりからみ 本生酒槽垂」
「ホタルイカ」・・・・・ぷりっぷりのホタル烏賊、白味噌と赤味噌をつけて、辛子をちょこっとのせて食べます、益々、酒がすすみます(笑)。
「開運 無濾過 純米 生酒」
「国産 早掘り筍焼き」・・・・・うぅ~ん、これは普通だったかなぁ~。
「稚鮎の天麩羅」・・・・・いよっ!、待ってました、稚鮎は何処で食べても、美味しいですね。
「飛露喜 吟醸」
「活海老と活穴子の天麩羅」・・・・・海老の脚、海老、茄子、玉蜀黍、アスパラガス、万願寺唐辛子、穴子 の順に、揚がったものから一つ一つ出てきました。
天麩羅屋さんの天ぷらとはいきませんが、蕎麦屋さんの天ぷらとしては美味しいです。
「手打ち きしめん」・・・・・”きしめん” と書かれたお店の紙の札を見たとたん食べたくなりました。
これは旨いです、お奨めです。
「合もり (並そば と 田舎そば)」・・・・・うぅ~ん、これはイマイチでした、特に、”田舎そば” は好みではありません。
やはり、15年前の印象と同じで、蕎麦屋なのに蕎麦がねぇ~。
15年前は昼に伺ったので蕎麦だけを食べたのでしょう。
今回は夜でしたので、蕎麦前でお酒を飲みながら、色々と食べましたが、これが良かったです。
此方は蕎麦屋と云うより、そこそこの蕎麦を食べさせる居酒屋と言ったところでしょうか。
