3日前に、此方でお鮨が食べたくなり、駄目元で予約の電話を入れたら、なんと、運良く取ることが出来ました。
こんなこともあるのですね、何事も諦めては駄目なんですね、当たって砕けろです(笑)。
予約時間の20分程前に私は着いてしまい、「まぁ~、ビールでも飲んで、待つか」とお店に入って行きました。
まずは、「生ビール」で一人乾杯。
小の ”生ビール” でしたので、あっと言う間に飲み干しましたので、次に、
「宗玄 純酔無垢」 を、、、、、あれっ、これも無くなっちゃった、連れから、ちょっと遅れるとの連絡が入りましたので、では、もう一杯といきましょう。
で、「秋鹿 霙もよう 純真吟醸 にごり生原酒」を、、、、、。
連れが来るころには、私はすっかり出来上がってしまいました(笑)。
では、もう1本、「宗玄 純酔無垢」 を
「前菜」・・・・・蓴菜、江戸前の蛸の卵、静岡産 生しらす
「毛蟹」・・・・・北海道 根室産
次は、「宗玄 純米 八反錦 無濾過生原酒」 を
「お造り」・・・・・北海道産 秋刀魚、銚子産 のどぐろ、昆布〆 金目鯛の余市産 雲丹巻き、対馬産 〆鯖、牡丹海老
「蒸し あわび」
「牡丹海老の頭(焼き)」・・・・・先程の ”牡丹海老” の頭を焼いてくれました
次は、「奥播磨 純米大吟醸 伝授」 を
「太刀魚」・・・・・神奈川県小柴の 焼き太刀魚
「真鱈の 焼き白子」
「玉蜀黍(富良野産 ピュア ホワイト)、玉子焼、山牛蒡」
次は、「十 旭日 純米吟醸 生原酒」
「新子」・・・・・熊本県天草産
「トロ松」・・・・・松茸 と トロ のにぎり です
「馬糞雲丹」・・・・・利尻・礼文産
「穴子」 ・・・・・タレ と 塩
この時点で、私は酔いのせいか、お腹が一杯となってしまい、あとは飲むだけ。
この後の日本酒は、写真も撮ってないし、記憶もないし、何を何杯飲んだかは分かりません(笑)
でも、美味しかったこと、愉しかったことは、しっかりと記憶に残っております。
今日は、すっかり酔っちゃいました、では、帰りましょうか。

”うどんが主食”さんから 「鮨 臥龍」へのお誘い、”持つべきものは友” ですね(笑)。
「金曜日、家内と二人で ”鮨 臥龍” に行くのですが、bottanさん夫妻も行きませんか」
「えっ、明後日だろう、私は暇だけど、今から、取れるわけないよ、金曜日だし」
「ちょっと待ってて下さい、電話をしてみますから」
、、、、、2時間程して、、、、
「取れました、ちょっと狭くなりますが、良いですよね」
「良い良い、狭くても、伺えられるのなら、しかし、よく取れたね、流石、うどんが主食 さん(笑)」
「えへへへっ!」
てなことで、伺ってきました。
「前菜」・・・・・勝手に ”前菜” としました。
群馬県の トマト、もずく酢、金目鯛の雲丹巻。
”金目鯛の雲丹巻” は、雲丹を金目鯛で巻いて物で、見えませんが、雲丹が隠れております。
「八寸」・・・・・これも、勝手に ”八寸” と名を付けました。
北海道 小樽の 蝦蛄、石川県七尾の 〆鯖、八丈島の たかべ の ”なめろう”、八丈島産 たかべ の ”たたき”。
先の前菜と、この八寸で、すでに2合の日本酒を平らげております(笑)。
「琵琶湖の稚鮎」・・・・・2匹が仲良く泳いでいるようでしょう、可哀想でしたが食べてしまいました、美味しかったぁ~。
「宮城県の蒸し鮑 と 肝」・・・・・当たり前ですが、美味しかったですよ。
「真子鰈の鮟肝和え 瓢箪の梅酢漬添え」・・・・・鰈の歯ごたえと鮟肝の甘味の組合せが良いですね、好きです、これ。
「わたり蟹」・・・・・擂り粉木を使って、綺麗に身を取ってくれます、これなら、お喋りをしながら食べられますね(笑)。
「伊豆諸島 式根島の赤烏賊」・・・・・私は ”赤烏賊” の耳(エンペラー)が好きなんですが、お願いをしましたら、「食べちゃいました」ですって(笑)。
「水茄子」
「トリ貝」、「赤貝」、「大トロ」、「馬糞雲丹」、「こはだ」、「赤身づけ」、「穴子」、「葱トロ巻」。
どの握りも水準以上に美味しく、大満足でした。
「ほうじ茶のアイスクリーム」
この間に飲んだ日本酒は、次のとおりです。
「宗玄 純米 八反錦 無濾過生原酒」、「酒一筋 純米吟醸 赤磐雄町 生」、「風の森 純米 秋津穂 真中採り 無濾過生原酒」、「奥播磨 純米大吟醸 山田錦」
ご主人の安達さんは、非常に気さくな方で、始終、愉しく、初回なのに大常連客かと、自分自身が勘違いをしてしまうほどの接客、最高でした。
再訪は間違いありませんね。
