東京駅丸の内南口に近いまんてん鮨。
良心的価格の寿司をおまかせでいただけるのが人気。
昨年度は税別5,000円であったおまかせコースが値上がりし、税別6,000円となった。
そのためか、金曜日の夕方に電話をかけると夜9時の予約があっさり取れた。
有楽町駅からビックカメラの脇をとおり東京方面へ。
以前訪れたCAFE1894のある三菱ビルを左へ。
お店にあるビルを地下1階へ降りてゆくと、正面左がまんてん鮨。
到着が少し早かったが、カウンターに一人分の席が確保されていた。
左隣は若いカップル、右隣も若者3人組。
やがてカウンターのテーブルの上に蜆の吸い物が置かれた。
お味もなかなか。
写真を撮りながらチビチビ味わっていると、間違えて下げられそうになった(笑)
やがて生ビールが到着し、おまかせ寿司が始まった。
若い寿司職人さんがひとつひとつ丁寧にネタを握ってくれた。

目をつぶりながらネタをひとつひとつ味わう幸せ。
口の中で魚介がとろける。
生イクラは口の中ではじける。
馬糞雲丹は旬を過ぎているのにミョウバンを少しも感じさせない美味しさ。
蟹の身がたっぷり詰まった茶わん蒸しも旨い。
最後は熱~いお茶を入れていただき、マスカットで口直し。
〆て7,100円也。
素晴らしい量と質のおまかせコースで満足&満腹。
