たまに行くならこんな店は、コリードー街からも程近い銀座の地で
サシが入った部位や赤身等の様々な部位のお肉を個室でも頂ける牛屋銀兵衛です。
今回足を運ぶ牛屋銀兵衛は、銀座でもコリード街に近い事から新橋駅で下車し
これから帰宅する企業戦士の波をかき分けてホーム上を進み
まずは銀座口へと移動すべくホーム上から階段を下り
階段を下りてしばし真っすぐ進み
新橋駅銀座口へとたどり着きます。
新橋駅の銀座口到着後は出口の名前と同じ地名の銀座方面へと移動し
目の前の交差点の信号がしばし変わるのを待ちつつ
信号が青になった後は前へ前へと移動し
目の前の高速道をを越えるべく更に歩きつつ
高速道路の高架を抜けると
そこはもう港区新橋ではなく、あの中央区銀座です。
銀座なのに新橋価格なコリドー街を進み、様々な飲食店が見え始めて程なくすると
先日足を運んだ俺のイタリアンJAZZや
姉妹店の俺のフレンチもあります。
俺のイタリアンやフレンチを抜けて先へと進み
しばしコリドー街沿いを縫うように進み
右手に以前足を運んだ風鈴のあるビルへと到着し

風鈴のあるビルを超えた次の曲がり角を右に曲がり
更にその次の曲がり角を左に曲がりしばらく進むと
今回足を運んだ牛屋銀兵衛があります。
牛屋銀兵衛の入り口は、どこかで見たような焼き鳥店の様な門構えですが
焼き鳥店ではなくここは焼肉店です。
と、言うことでお店がここで合っている事を確認して階段を登り
程なくして入り口が見えてきたのでさくっと店内に移動します。
店内移動後は虎マッコリのPOPや

スタッフ呼び出し用の機械
奥にメニュー表があったので取り出してみると
黒毛和牛サーロインを筆頭としたおすすめメニュー
お店オリジナルのコースメニューと続き
その後は通常メニューを開いてみると
最初のページにはわさびと塩へのこだわりが書かれ
次のページには一品料理にサラダ類
各種精肉メニュー
ホルモンメニュー、豚、鳥、野菜メニュー
スープ、飯物、麺類、デザート
ビール、サワー、カクテル、マッコリ、ワイン
各種焼酎、泡盛、梅酒、果実酒、日本酒、ソフトドリンクで通常メニューは以上です。
その他、酒と書かれた小さなメニュー表らしきものがあったので手にとって見ると

まずはエプロンを身につけてタレ用の皿を確保し
最初は賀蔵福ゆず酒680円のソーダ割りを注文し
甘みは無く、酸味が効いてさっぱりとした味わいなゆず酒を頂いた後は
長芋とアボカドのキムチ580円を注文し
アボカドや長芋とキムチの組み合わせはどんな感じかな?と思いつつ
実食してみると、若干長芋は浸かりが甘い感じがしましたが
アボカドに関しては絶品で、程よくまろやかさと辛さがあと引く味わいでした。
その後はしんしん1180円を注文し
しっかり赤身でさっぱりしていそうな部位だなぁと思いつつ
しんしんはわさびで頂くのがオススメとの事なので、わさびが準備され
その後さっぱりとしたしんしんとの食べ合わせの相性も考えて
脂の乗ったカルビ1100円を注文し、こちらはこちらですごく脂が美味そうだなぁと思いつつ
焼きやきして食べてみると
しんしんはさっぱりと肉々しさを感じられる味わいで
カルビは見た目の通り脂の旨味が濃く、とろけるような味わいでした。

絹ロースはおおぶりかつ、サシが入っていて美味しそうなので
どこぞやのフードブロガーさまの必殺技であるOTR(On The Rice)や
RTR(Rolling The Rice)を繰り出すべく、銀兵衛の銀シャリ300円をスタンバイさせます。
※銀兵衛の銀シャリは米粒がつやつやで美味しそうです。
まずはシルクロースを焼きやきし
まずはOTR(On The Rice)を繰り出して食し
その後RTR(Rolling The Rice)を繰り出して頂きましたが
肉が大きい事もあって、オン・ザ・ライスもローリング・ザ・ライスもやりにくかった物の
とろけるように美味しい絹ロースとご飯との相性は抜群でした。
※ちなみに米単体もつややかで激旨でした。
その後は佐藤農場の梅酒ソーダ割り630円を注文し
こちらは甘くさっぱりとして美味しく
矢継ぎ早に水を口の中に注ぎ入れた後は
やみつき!上ミノ980円を注文し
上ミノは見た目同様にハリあって美味しく
その後はおまかせホルモン盛り合わせ3種1500円を注文し
※盛り合わせ内容は、ハツ元、ハツ、コプチャンです。
早速焼き焼きして頂くと
ハツ元はコリコリと美味しく
ハツはハリがあってジューシーで美味しく
コプチャンはとろけるように美味しいです。
その後はムンチサラダ700円を注文し

今回牛屋銀兵衛で焼き肉を食べてみて、銀兵衛の銀シャリが異様に美味しく
この米を使った定食屋があればいいなぁと思えるくらいに米が旨い印象が強く
肉も絹ロースを始めとして、ハズシのない味わいな肉やホルモンが喰らえましたが
メニュー等が堅実すぎるきらいがあり、ここは美食の街銀座と言う事もありますので
新興勢力の焼肉うしごろや醍醐等が進出している事もあり
もう一つここは時流に乗ると言うわけではありませんが、何かサプライズが欲しいかもんと
せっかくの銀座なのでそんな事をチラッと感じました。
しかしながら質実剛健ではあるので、それほど価格が高くなく※1万円以下で
しっかりと美味しい個室もあるお店が良い!という方にはお勧めなお店であると感じます。
