銀座4丁目交差点の南西にある有名店「青木」
予約して銀座買い物の前、12時に訪問させて頂きました。
11時50分に店についたのですが、12時からしか入れないという事で近くで時間をつぶす(;^ω^)
この日は新装開店初日、改装後初の一般客を通した日だったようです。

予算言わないと延々と出るので、注意が必要かもしれません。なので席で出てくるものは全部バラバラ。
我々は、一品料理有の全てお任せで注文したので、この量になりました。
タマゴでストップしてないとあとは何が出たのかも気になるところです。
欧州の岩塩使う鮨も多いのですが、岩塩が多くて塩辛い場合も多く
岩塩自体は美味しいのですがちゃんと量を考えてほしい物です。
大将の接客は、さすが銀座の有名店!素晴らしい接客を見せてもらいました。
最近順位が急降下しているようですが、まあ、味や創作の感じからすると値段が高すぎますね。この値段払うならほかのお店行くんだったね♪といった結論に至ってしまいました。又店内は凄く寒く、美味しいとかの前に凍えちゃいましたよ。
横のVIPが寒いと言っていましたが、解消されず・・・・・。
