北九州市小倉北区魚町4-4-8 、たんが食堂 魚屋のまかないごはん 空(くう)。
モノレール旦過駅を降りて1分。旦過市場へ向かう路地の路面店です。
旦過市場の人の「まかない飯」を食べさせる食堂のつもりが、美味しいので一般の人にも食べさせてあげたら!
と言われたのが始まりだとか。席数10とこじんまりしたお店。
お店の屋号は店内に飾られている絵、芸術家黒田征太郎さんのKuのサインから。
2010年10月開業。店主は田中祥隆さん。
昼の営業時間11:40から売切れまで。夜の営業時間18:00から売切れまで。定休・日祝。
昼は、丼や定食。夜は、おまかせ料理。
昼からお酒好きの女性二人で飲もうと約束していた休日。
平日の昼間。小倉の寿司店などあたってみましたが席はもうなくて。路線変更。
美味しくてリーズナブル感がたっぷり味わえるお店巡りに。
小倉駅で待ち合わせ、取りあえず旦過方面へ。
モノレール旦過駅下車。
座れない可能性大だけど念のため。
泣き出しそうな空の下、空(くう)の暖簾をくぐってみます。
入れました(^^
相席は避けられないですけど、昼からお酒もOKでした。
鮮魚が間違いなく美味しいので、沢山頼んでしまいたくなりますが、何軒か行きたいので抑え気味に。
◆まかない海鮮丼セット 1200円(税込)
エビスの生で乾杯。ほどなくして、海鮮丼の膳。
丼のごはんは、ほかほかの新米、棚田米。
ヒラス・サーモン・きびなご・マグロ・ひらめ・タコ・イカ・イクラ。(だと思います…)
山葵を醤油でといてかけて食べるのが好みです。
うん!今日の鮮度も最高。
小鉢が2つ。モズクと奴。漬物と味噌汁つき。
おいしいごはんの、おかわり飯。半膳 100円、一膳 150円、盛膳200円(特盛り注意)
今日は我慢します。

お昼からいただける日本酒、500円(税込)からご用意いただいてるのですが、面白いお酒を頼んで。
出てきたお酒は、艶。
福井県鯖江・加藤吉平商店の辛口純米大吟醸です。
原料米・山田錦。精米歩合50%。アルコール度数15~16度。日本酒度+2.0。酸度1.2。
コンセプトは、季節の色を写す酒。
穏やかで香り高く、粋な日本女性のようなお酒でした(^^
悪天候だったからか、席がギュウギュウに詰まることなく比較的ゆっくりとお店に居ました。
良い感じにお客さんが入れ替わっていきます。
丼を食べ、少しお酒をいただいて、いい気分でお店を出ました。
魚が美味しい店はやはり好きです。
高級店の設えが必要でなかったら一押し。
実家が魚屋の店主。
そして立地は北九州の台所、旦過市場。
子供のころから良い魚を食べ美味しいものに囲まれた環境にある店主。
他では出来ないことを、普通にされているように思います。
また夜にも来たいですね。
夜のおまかせ料理もお得で、いい銘柄の日本酒が安いですから。
