この日は久し振りに関西在住竜党メンバーで天満呑み! ←全員今シーズンから竜党休業中w
小生が招集を掛けたので店選びはオマカセ( 笑)
前々から気になっていた福島のけとばし屋チャンピオン
今年の6月に天満店がオープンしてたのを思い出して、早速予約のTelを入れて見た
その日の予約できる席は満席との事(涙)
でも19時頃は比較的席を確保し易いって事なので直接店へ向かうと丁度席が空いた所でした ←お酒の神様に感謝w
店はJR天満駅から環状線の南側を東に歩いて5分位の高架下に有ります
周囲の高架下の店に比べると、店内丸見えの大きなガラスに明るい店内と若干異彩を放っているかも?
そして此方は、天満の人気串焼きホルモン店の神戸マッスルホルモンと同じ系列店で
関西では数少ない熊本直送の馬肉料理専門店です
ちなみにけとばし屋は馬肉を扱う店の事で、明治時代頃にはこう呼ばれていたそうです

霜降り
ロースやバラから取れる肉の間に脂身の刺しが入った部位
脂が適度にのっていて口の中でとろけそうな食感で味は濃厚
赤身
馬刺しの定番
鮮やかな艶のある赤色です
低カロリーでヘルシー・・・ ←小生には対極の様な言葉w
馬肉好きは霜降りよりも赤身を好むのが通らしい
鬣
名前の通り馬のたてがみの部位です
見た目は真っ白で脂をスライスした様なビジュアル
ぷりっとした触感で赤身と合せて食べると美味しく戴けます
フカエゴ
初めて見聞きする部位です
バラの部位で、最も表面に近く、皮のすぐ下にあたる部分
ビジュアルは白赤白の三層になっていて、適度に歯応えがあって、脂の甘みを感じる稀少部位

弾力がある噛み具合に甘みのある味わい

ヒレサガリクラシタ、チョウチン、ラムダコ、ヒレ
牛肉と比べるとクセが無いので旨みを感じます
加齢と共に焼肉と少しずつ距離が遠のきつつある小生にとってはいい感じで距離が縮まるお肉かも?
・桜メンチカツ
馬肉は牛肉と比べて融点が低いので、肉汁ジュワ~です(笑)
特に馬肉だからって云う特徴は感じませんが、普通に美味しいメンチカツです!
・桜ウインナー
至って普通のウインナーです(爆)
店員さんにウインナーを作る際に使う腸も馬なのか?軽いノリで質問したら、製造元にまで連絡して調べてくれた(汗)
答えは豚の腸でした
食事を終えると、店から〆の馬ミンチ入りの味噌汁をサービスでもらった
これが結構胃袋に染み渡って良い意味で〆になった
毎月九州へ出張してるので、馬肉料理は比較的食べる機会に恵まれてます
まぁ料金以外は本場と遜色の無い馬肉料理だと思います ←決してべら棒に高い訳ではなくホンのチョッとだけ・・・
でも大阪でこれだけ本格的に馬肉料理が美味しく食べれるって云うのは貴重なお店だと思います
加えて、スタッフの接客が心地よい
ノリが良いのに引き際を知ってるって云うか、当たらず触らずなのに目配りが出来ている・・・
オープンして3ヶ月間、連日の様に満席が続いてるのも判る様な気がします
間違いなく再訪有りです!
