『特徴ある義経鍋と味噌だれ』『盛りの良い焼肉』『肉質は普通』
中央自動車道:諏訪ICから車で10分。
徒歩ではなかなか行きにくい場所で、国道からも1本脇道に入った場所にある焼肉屋ですが、地元では大人気のお店です。
人気の理由は3つ。
・特徴ある義経鍋(真ん中で野菜を茹で、周囲で肉を焼く)
・特徴ある味噌だれ
・盛りの良さ
この3つがあるので、いつも混んでいる焼肉屋さんです。
店内はテーブル席と小上がりの座卓が主体。多少の煙たさはありますが、基本的に無煙のロースターなので、匂い云々はさほど気にせずとも大丈夫な造りです。
義経鍋の焼き肉は、この諏訪地方近隣では南大門やかつみ食堂でも見かけますし、味噌だれのジンギスカンと言うのも南大門と非常に似ています。他で見かけない個性と味が人気の秘訣なのでしょう。
義経鍋の焼き肉なので、お皿にはモヤシやキャベツが敷かれていて、そこにお肉を載せた状態で供されます。見た目もボリューミーですが、肉を頼むと野菜も一緒に来るというのはお財布にもありがたい仕組みです。
味噌だれも、あえて近いものをあげると「酢味噌」。普通の醤油タレ以上に食の進むタレだと思います。
肉質自体は至って普通のモノなので、焼きすぎると固くなってしまいますが、普通に楽しむには十分なレベル。
近所で一杯、焼肉でモリモリするには十分なお店です。
総じて値段の割に、「盛り」が良いので、注文の際は若干控えて様子を見ながらがいいかと思います。
