☆訪問日2014年10月中旬☆
今回の京都グルメ旅行ラストのお店はこちら「炭火割烹いふき」さんです。
予約の電話は2週間前くらい。人気のお店らしいので席が取れるか分かりませんでしたが希望の日で無事に席を確保する事が出来ました。
メニューはおまかせのみで、13.000円・16.000円・20.000円の三通りのコース。今回は真ん中の16.000円のコースでお願いしました。

☆ここでメインの焼物を何にするか?お店の方からメニューを渡されました。この日あったのは全部で七種(ぐじ・ノドグロ・キンキ・鼈・和牛・キントア豚・シャラン鴨)この中から魚と肉をそれぞれ一品ずつ選べると言われ、僕らが選んだのは鼈とキントア豚(僕)、ノドグロ・シャラン鴨(家内)です。

☆ここでまたまたお店の方からメニューを渡されました。今度は食事のおかずを選べるそうです。こちらは四種(鰻・塩秋刀魚・カキフライ・ししゃも)あったので二人共うなぎをお願いしました。

●いり番茶
炭火割烹というだけあって、お造りは軽く炙ってあったり、メインの焼物は抜群の火入れで美味しいのはもちろんの事、何にするか選べる楽しさもありました。焼物以外でも椀物や焚き合わせなど、どの料理も大変美味しかったですね。個人的には最後の食事の時もご飯のおかずを選べたというのが嬉しかったです。
お店の場所も花見小路通からほんの少し入った所にあり、まさに「ザ・祇園」といった感じのお店です。ここは人にも絶対オススメしたいですね。
