3月の始めに鈴江の2次会に行った時、ステーキ丼を頂いたがその時の写真はなくしてしまった。リベンジという分けではないが2週間後にまた訪問。現在コース料理は、ステーキの内容によって15,000円~28,000円まである。当然神戸牛のヒレ28,000円を頼もうかと思ったが自重して、特選ヒレ18,000円のコースを注文

前回は5万円を超えるスペシャルコース、凄い内容だったが、普通のコースでも素晴らしい内容だ。昆布締めの薄造りと糸造りは定番なのだが、これを食べただけで舞い上がってしまう。
出汁も超一流の日本料理店並で、どれもがすばらしい料理。ステーキは、この値段でもかなり美味しい。この肉の旨味と丁度よい食感はどのように作られるのだろうか。ここでしか味わえないステーキに感動を覚える。

スープ、お浸しや角煮、昆布、鰹と牛肉で出汁を取っているそうだが、こうゆう和食的な味を出すのにとてもすぐれている。仕入れ値5万円といううにが美味しいこと、松川で食べたうにに匹敵する。角煮にはあわびがたっぷりでこれもすばらしい。ステーキは前回も特別品ですばらしかったが、今回も前回と同じくとてつもなくすばらしい。

コース料理はメインの肉の違いで12000円から17000円、マイレビのレビューを見てお任せをお願いしたが、当日では用意できず、メインのお肉だけ特別の最高級品を用意してもらった。
タンの塩こんぶしめ、ほとんどの人はこの一品で感動してしまうだろう。昆布の味がしみてこんな美味しいタンは初めてだべる
さがりも最高で、本シメジがまた美味しいこと、サーロインのしゃぶしゃぶもすばらしすぎる味。
これだけの肉攻撃されるとお肉好きにはたまらない
特別にしてもらったステーキ、こちらも生涯で食べたステーキのうち5本の指にはいるほどの免品。
飲み物と合わせて3万円でも納得。すばらしい体験ができた
