お久しぶりの『鮨 恵三』。
寿司好きの仲間で訪問しました。
県内寿司ランキングでは1位が『鮨 おばな』、2位が『鮨 恵三』となっており(2019年1月5日現在)、「寿司では館林が群馬の中心」というイメージがあります。

この日はビールで乾杯!
まずはつまみが5~6品供されます。
蝦蛄と牡蠣の煮浸しが特に美味。
その後、握りへ。
きす、かわはぎ、細魚、とろ、小鰭、金目鯛、北寄貝、いくら、玉子焼きと9貫の握りが登場。
若き御主人が握る寿司は雑誌「dancyu」でも紹介されているとおり美しさは県内随一。小ぶりのシャリはハラりとほどけ、仕事をしたネタとのバランスは言うまでもありません。
結局、追加で5貫の握りと涙巻きを発注。
おまけにお土産で稲荷寿司と干瓢巻きまで!
ご主人は築地(今は豊洲)まで仕入れに行かれています。そのような苦労があるにもかかわらず価格は銀座の2分の1~3分の1。
実際、これだけ食べてお酒も呑んで一人あたり2万円弱でした。
・・・遠くても行く価値アリです。ごちそうさま。
