五節会とは、平安時代、宮中で催した五つの節会(元日・白馬・踏歌・端午・豊明)の称。
更新しようと銀の森を探せば、五節會が新規登録されてる♪

竃出汁を買いに銀の森まで家内とドライブ、ココの出汁を使った料理は孫娘の食が違う、確かに美味しいと思う。
折角銀の森へ訪れたなら五節會ランチとした♪
広い玄関ホールでは端午の節句に合わせ、子供向けの手作り鯉のぼり造りが開催され
孫娘ではあるが、鯉のぼりが可愛いのでお土産に購入(¥500-)
会計で料理内容を決め玄関で待つ事五分
着物姿のスタッフが迎え入れてくれる、案内された部屋は以前と同じ窓際の座卓♪

相変わらず期待を裏切らない味
期待通りの料理を味わえる喜びは何物にも代え柄い♪
何と言ってもココの料理は出汁が素晴らしい、同じ出汁を使ってると思うが
提供される料理総ての味わいが異なり、飽きさせない。
改めていう事でもないが、料理人の技量を感ずる料理だ♪
あれ?折角ココまで来たのに 竈出汁を二袋しか買わないの?
「香りが飛んじゃうし、無くなったらランチしながら買いに来ましょう♪」
だそうな・・・(汗)
