The power of salt is to bring out 100% of the original flavor of the eel. The fresher the eel, the tastier it is grilled with salt. It took five years of tireless effort and pursuit to create the world's one-of-a-kind "Salt Hitsumabushi." Our secret ``salt sauce'' made with marine seaweed salt, which contains plenty of minerals from Sargassum seaweed, is our treasure. Please enjoy the supreme taste of rice, salt sauce, and salt kabayaki all in one.
