The main floor overlooking the foothills of Mt. Nagi and the fields is a spacious space with a harmonious combination of high ceilings, cedar plank flooring from Okayama Prefecture, lighting by Michele Delucchi, and furniture by kitaworks. You can enjoy dishes made with seasonal ingredients on plates, cutlery, and glasses made by passionate Okayama artists.

Our senior sommelier will select the wine according to the day's cuisine and your preferences. We have about 300 types of wine, mainly Italian, French, and Japanese, that have been carefully aged in our cellar and are ready to drink. We offer about 10 types of wine by the glass, which change daily. Most of our wines are naturally made wines that go well with our dishes that make use of the best ingredients. You can also drink rare Okayama wine and Tottori Talmarly's Organic Food beer on tap.
Enjoy dishes made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients delivered from producers.
Gibier caught by the chef himself, Chiya beef from Niimi City, and freshly caught seafood from San'in and Setouchi. We carefully prepare organic vegetables and fruits from our own garden and wonderful
... farmers. The wheat for our homemade bread and handmade pasta is Tsuyama wheat, which uses reduced pesticides. Relax and enjoy dishes made with local, seasonal ingredients that can only be eaten at our restaurant, paired with natural wine.
