We use Kuroge Wagyu beef carefully raised by producers from all over the country. In order for you to enjoy delicious meat at a reasonable price, the owner carefully selects the meat himself, purchases it whole and cuts it. Enjoy it with a shichirin filled with binchotan charcoal that brings out the original flavor of the meat! Charcoal is also said to have far-infrared rays, which makes it fluffy inside. Please enjoy our proud meat♪

Our famous Cow tongue is a dish that has been loved since our establishment! Only the softest part of Cow tongue is used. We cut it to the perfect thickness of 12mm so that anyone can bake it deliciously. The key is to first cook it on one side until it's golden brown, then flip it over!
