"Mamushi Gozen" where you can enjoy the crispy surface of the eel bowl. We offer standard and special grades. Rather than steaming, the meat is grilled in the Kansai style to concentrate the flavor. Enjoy with our secret sauce. We also recommend the ``shirayaki'', which has a rich flavor that makes the unique fat of the eel come out. Enjoy a refreshing taste with wasabi soy sauce. For takeaway, be sure to try the ``Mamushi Maki,'' which is a winter-only product that was previously available as a meal. It's wrapped in seaweed and egg, so you can easily enjoy eel bowl.

Be sure to try our specialty "Uzofusui" made with domestic eel. It is a luxurious rice porridge made with rice, mochi, vegetables, eggs, and grilled eel in a soup-like hotpot soup containing sliced eel and Kujo green onions. The soup is characterized by its light and gentle taste, with the flavor of the fragrant eel and the strong dashi stock. Courses are also available for both lunch and dinner.
