名古屋市瑞穂区豊岡通の『うな豊』に行って来ました。
去年の同じ頃にも岐阜に旅行に行きましたが2日目は名古屋でウナギ、しかも2軒(笑)
今年は長良川で鵜飼いを見た翌日に名古屋に寄ります。
もちろん目的はウナギです☆
うな富士にするか、イチビキにするか、うな豊にするか・・・
さんざん迷いましたが「うな豊」に決定です。
決め手は一番リーズナブルだったから(笑)
さて、東海の鰻屋はバカみたいに並びます。
名店ともなると1時間くらい普通ですよね!?
なので、1時間半も早く到着してみました(爆)
ハイ、さすがに誰も居ません・・・
駐車場に停めて車内でテレビでも見ながら待ちましょう。
相方が偵察に行くと入口の掃除をしていた女性店員さんから「30分前から並ぶお客さんがいる」という情報をキャッチ☆
なので開店30分前に店の前のベンチに陣取りました。
開店20分前にもなると、いつの間にやら行列発生です。
もしかしたら、開店と同時に来た客は2順目だったかもですね。
定刻になりまして暖簾を潜ります。
入口付近はテーブル席と小上がり、奥に座敷があります。
古い店舗ではありますが掃除の行き届いた奇麗な店内です。
私は知ってます、1時間前から一生懸命掃除をしてました☆
さて、注文しましょう
私はうな重、相方は白焼きご飯、それと肝焼きもお願いしました。
基本的に私がタレ担当で、相方が白焼き担当ですw
『うな重』2,900円
パリパリフワッと仕上がった蒲焼、関西風なのに甘過ぎないコクのあるタレ、上品なうな重ですよ。
蒲焼も美味しいですが、負けずとご飯がスバラシイ☆
炊き方も上手いですが米自体も美味しい!
ご飯がうなぎの美味しさを倍増させている。
肝吸いとお新香は塩分控えめ
うなぎの脂分がリセットされて良いですね。
こちらの山椒は珍しくミル挽きの山椒です。
挽きたては香りが良いです。
山椒の風味を管理するのって大変で、だからと言って小袋タイプは鮮度は良いけど見た目に味気ない・・・
そうなるとミル挽きという結論になりますかね。
『白焼きごはん』2,900円
先ほどの蒲焼はパリフワでしたが、白焼きはパリフワに加えて厚みを増してふっくらしています。
蒲焼と違ってタレをつけて焼く工程がない分、ふっくらしているのでしょうかね。
こちらホントに白焼きマニアのことが良く分かっていらっしゃる。
岩塩だけでも嬉しいのに、更に白焼きを美味しく食べる為に塩ダレまでついてくるのです。
岩塩で、山葵と岩塩で、岩塩と山椒で、塩ダレで、塩ダレとネギで、塩ダレと山葵とネギで・・・
白焼と言うと一杯呑むイメージですけど、色々な食べ方で美味しいご飯と一緒に楽しめるのです。
こちらの白焼きはホント超絶品だと思います☆
白焼き担当の相方も大絶賛。
『肝焼き』900円
香ばしく焼かれていました。
白焼の感動が大きすぎて、肝焼きの感想は「普通に美味しかった」程度になっちゃいます(笑)
総じて、
店員さんの対応も元気で丁寧、料理は上品で美味、活気のあるお店だと感じました☆
そして、蒲焼も美味しいけど、うな豊に来たら「白焼きを食べるべき!」と私は思います。
いや、どれも美味しいな、お好きなのをどうぞw
